Sara Lee’s commitment to the community, and the issues and organizations we support, is inspired by our employees, history and business. We focus our support on food-related programs such as food insecurity, nutrition and healthy lifestyles; women’s self-sufficiency and highly visible and diverse arts and cultural programs and the broad representation of our employees’ concerns through employee matching grants and employee volunteer grants. The corporation encourages its employees to volunteer their time to help others.
